About
The contributors are teachers and administrators with varied experiences in the field of education. Our mission is to present education news on the cutting edge. The site is primarily designed for classroom teachers, administrators, students, and parents. Our goal is to share issues that are current in education and discuss the latest technology that impacts the classroom. We search news sites, education materials, and tap into the professional experiences of our members in order to create unique content that educators can use to enhance their practice. We hope that teachers will link in, discuss, and share their own ideas about the topics that we present.
Our future plans include having weekly podcasts that will feature current issues and discussion about our understandings of how these topics impact the practice of education professionals. In our podcasts, professional teachers and students will be networking to discuss best practice and current ideas designed to help teachers be more effective in the classroom. Parents can gain better understanding of how pedagogy impacts the learning of the students we serve. We currently have many visitors to the site and numerous school districts observing, tweeting, and sharing our posts.
